I do love you, of course I do, we’ve been through too much and we’re too close for love not to be there. But I could never marry you, or move into the city with you, or do most of the things I want to do in my life with you. That’s why you’re mine, for now, until we have to separate, because we could never do it out of choice. And yes, it’s going to be really hard to hug her and smile, and see you cuddle her and love her.. But not because I’m jealous, just because it’s weird. I don’t want her life or her ambitions because frankly, she has none and that makes me sad for her. She is so young and naive and thinks she knows you and what you’re doing… and I’m still at a point where I can’t quite decide whether or not she needs to know, or whether this is totally acceptable. But everything feels a little better
